The Hamakua Cougars Football Club (HCFC) was established in 2004, as a service to the communities of the Hamakua coast up to the outskirts of Waimea. The HCFC a non-profit organization was rebirthed from what once was the Hamakua Crusaders. Now nearly twenty years later, HCFC continues to thrive in offering youth aged 5 through 16 to participate in Pop Warner Football and Cheer for all boys and girls to learn the importance of teamwork, dedication, and discipline to become our future leaders.

We the board members strive to uphold "ONE TEAM ONE DREAM".  With the kids as our number one priority, we work together as a team to encourage, promote, and guide children of the Hamakua Coast to succeed not only in football and cheer but also in education to be future leaders in life.
